DELIVERY

Place your order and we will deliver your products to your class within the next 2 weeks.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We recommend that you try on the shoes before taking them home. If they are the incorrect size, please return to your class teacher and let them know what size to exchange them for.

Once the shoes have been worn, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

FAULTY GOODS

Please notify us immediately of any product faults, pending inspection, we will do our utmost to offer a replacement. As we source our shoes from an international supplier, replacements can take some time to arrange. We are limited by the replacement policies set out by our supplier, but will do our best to resolve the issue as best as we can.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have your receipt in order to make an exchange or return.
