Dance Kix encourages ongoing membership for consistency in training and personal relationships. Because we value our dancers, we give priority enrollment to our members.

We make life easy for you by rolling your enrollment from one term to the next so you will never lose your place!

What is the online portal?

Dance Kix’s online portal is designed to be a self-service system. We know how busy life can be and developed the online portal so you can register a new student or access your Dance Kix account 24/7 — at a time that is convenient for you! To access the online portal click on ‘Online Portal’ at the top right hand corner of the website

You can complete the following tasks using the online portal:

  • Register a new student and enrol in classes
  • Add additional classes to an existing student enrolment
  • Update personal information and contact details
  • Make easy online payments
  • Set up monthly direct debit for family budgeting
How are the fees structured?

We follow the school calendar and our term fees are calculated by the number of weeks during the school term. For students joining after the start of term, fees are calculated using a pro-rata system (you do not pay for the classes missed prior to joining). All fees include GST.

How do I register for a class online?

To sign up for a $20 class pass, click on the ‘Book trial pass’ button featured throughout our website.

To sign up as a member, click ‘Register now’ and create an account within our parent portal (continue with text from this point)

How do I pay my fees?

Once you click on the ‘Online Portal’ button in the top toolbar of the website, you will be redirected to our online portal where you can make payment for fees, using a credit card or PayPal.

Can I make cash payment at class?

Class time is very important to our students and teachers. To minimise administration tasks during this time, we ask for fees to be paid at the time of registration, in advance of your first class. We cannot hold a student’s place without confirmation by payment of the fees.

Payment of fees can be made online via our portal using credit/debit card or PayPal. We also offer a monthly direct debit option for those families who like to spread the cost out over three payments per term. This can also be set-up using the auto-pay feature available via the online portal. We recommend that you contact the office (07)49737805 to ensure that you understand the direct debit options and fees associated with this option.

What happens if I move away?

If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, we will refund the remainder of your term fees. Please note that two weeks’ cancellation notice is required.

What if my child or I am injured and cannot attend classes?

Unfortunately, term fees are non-refundable in the case of injury or illness. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn. Students can attend two makeup classes, pending availability and class capacity.

Can I pay for drop-in classes?

We do not offer drop-in classes. Our classes are very popular and often fully booked, to avoid overbooking our classes we cannot offer drop-in classes. In addition to this, to ensure all students are covered by our insurance, students must be registered and payment received before attending class. Teachers are instructed not to allow students to participate without proof of registration and payment.

What is the cancellation policy should I need to cancel?

We have a no-hassle cancellation policy, please note that two weeks’ cancellation notice is required. Simply complete the member cancellation form on our website to request your membership be cancelled for the upcoming school term. As many of our classes have a waiting list, we would appreciate prompt notification should you wish to forfeit your enrolment. Please allow 14 days for your cancellation to be processed.

Is there an annual registration fee?

Yes, all members are required to pay a $35 annual registration fee, payable at the time of enrollment.
