For the second year running, Dance Kix has been delighted to be invited to perform in Brisbane at the televised Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols on Riverstage! Performing in front of a crowd of approximately 9000 people is no small feat for our Performance Team and such an amazing experience for all involved!
In 2019 we took a team of 17 performers who showed great dedication and persistence! We loved seeing them beam with confidence and build long lasting friendships over the intense 9 weeks of rehearsals and the performance weekend.
Our performance weekend was jam packed full of rehearsals, meeting other dancers from different studios, a little bit of celeb spotting backstage and having the opportunity to perform on a large stage with Lah-Lah’s Big Live Band and, of course, Santa!
It is such a wonderful experience to give our dancers the opportunity to be involved in such a huge televised event!
