Leila took over as the Creative Director in 2022. She fell in love with dance at an early age, however, it wasn’t until she moved from remote Jabiru in the Northern Territory, to Queensland, that she was able to begin her dancing journey at the age of 11. When she hit her teenage years, Leila moved into assisting and teaching classes at her local dance school and thrives on the sense of joy dance brings to her students. Leila fell in love with the stage and performing and has a talent for bringing a story to life through choreography.

Q1. What inspires you? My friends and family. They are all so special to me and they inspire me to become the best version of myself.

Q3. What do you love about your job? I love passing on my knowledge to dancers that have the same passion as I do. I hope that the children I teach can one day take the knowledge that I gave them and show others.
